I discovered photography was the thing I wanted to do and what I was good at when I took photography my junior year of high school. The students and teacher's comments on my photos in the class encouraged me to do more and get better. On more than one occasion my teacher compared me to Ansel Adams and how he would process his work to get what he got. My senior year I upgraded from a point and shoot to my first DSLR camera, a Nikon D3200.
